about
I thrive on big-picture thinking, from analyzing systemic patterns in policy and culture to strategizing holistic interventions that enhance community well-being.
SYNergizing systems thinking
My passion for understanding and improving social systems propelled me into macro-level social work and sociology at Loyola University Chicago, aiding me in my current role as Director of Operations at a nonprofit as I turn theory into practice.

Broad-spectrum strategy
-
Interning with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and engaging as a mentee with the American Marketing Association sharpens my perception of equity in two wildly different contexts.
-
Expanding my networks, accessing cutting-edge resources, and staying up-to-date on industry-leading practices through professional memberships (like PMI and SHRM) are only a few ways I forage for methods to lead with my best foot forward.
-
I enjoy turning data into compelling, human-centric insights — and turning those insights into intuitive processes you’ll want to use again and again.
For example, my research into generally-accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and UX design allows me to create user-friendly tools that drive financial forecasting quarterly and annually. On a smaller scale, I’ve developed methods for colleagues to capture and reconcile financial data that are comprehensive yet approachable.
-
Integrating AI into my many workflows allows me to fluorish as both a leader and a learner, ideating and executing consistently in the fast-paced field of human services.
My strategy is full-coverage: innovative and creative. Nothing is off-limits.
